Templeworks is an office building and we have been fortunate to obtain planning permission to convert it into a boutique development of eight warehouse apartments on a gated passageway. In the heart of Hackney Central, this former Edwardian warehouse lent itself perfectly to the change of use to flats for the ever-changing and vibrant east London demographic.
