We obtained planning on the site that had a single 1970s house set in a large garden in an Area Of Outstanding Beauty. We successfully obtained planning permission to demolish the existing house and replace it with four large three and four bedroom houses on the plot. In this case, the owner wanted modern designs for the houses and our design achieved an Evening Standard award for the finished development.
